Dave was outstanding. He took excellent care of us and helped us get the house that we wanted.

My experience with Dave (and his entire team) was nothing short of excellant. I met Dave several years back when my family moved back to the area and we weren't ready to buy. Dave was the rental manager for the house we wanted to rent. I loved his no BS, clear to the fact, but still caring attitude. Dave and his team, including firms he partners with, were the best we have ever worked with. This was most important when we decided to stop renting and purchase a home in the area. It was the most painless experience you could ask for in such a big decision. I still speak with Dave on occasion when I have different questions regarding maintenance to our home (again he parteners with A+ players and has a great list of resources) and he always takes may call or gets back to me, usually within minutes.
