David was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions no matter what time of day it was. His marketing is outstanding! Our house reached thousands of people in just 1 day and sold in less than a month! I don't plan on moving ever again, but if I did, I would use The Thelen Group again.

Highly recommend David Thelen for anyone that needs their home sold or searching for a new home. He consistently went above and beyond. He spent days and days showing us homes all of which he confirmed we would be at least interested before going. He was always early and didn't mind staying late to talk with us about what we had seen. He wasn't just trying to sell us a house he truly was helping us find our home. Even after the offer was accepted David went above and beyond. Went out multiple times to walk through again, found all of the utilities and services we would need, and even had a great Welcome Home sign in our front yard on our closing day. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

David Thelan sold my house in 9 days after it was on the market with another Realtor for 6 months! We did everything remotely since I lived in another city which was so convient for us.
