Right from the start, I knew they were a great choice - they arrived well prepared with the information we would need to properly price our home for sale. After doing an initial walk through, they gave us a "to do" list of items that would help us sell our home quickly and for the best price. We did almost all of what they asked and listed on a Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday evening (the next day!) we had 4 viable offers on the table. David worked diligently and tirelessly to help resolve some issues that the buyers were having in order for us close on time. He kept us well informed at all times. I recommended David and Jane to my niece to assist her in buying her first home. To me, a recommendation speaks volumes! I would recommend these guys with absolutely no hesitancy!

Over the last 35 years, we have worked with several other agents but never had anyone with the professionalism and integrity that David has. We recently worked with David to help us find some property to build our dream home and then to list and sell our home. During this time, he was very prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns even when he was on vacation. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We were also fortunate to work with his wife Jane which is also an agent. Jane is very professional and detailed and was actually able to save us some money at closing!
