Dawn was amazing! From the time we contacted her in August until our sale in May. She helped guide us through the whole process and made life a lot easier for us. This is a stressful thing and she made it a little easier. Dawn was easy to work with and handled a lot of the things I was unsure of. I am so glad we contacted her to help sell our house!

Dawn Larson is a TOP NOTCH realtor. Buying and selling a home as a single lady was the most stressful 2 months I have ever had. Dawn's calm demeanor got me through every step of the process. She handled everything and I TRUSTED her to help me make the right decisions and choices. She helped me through my meltdowns and professionally kept me on track.
