Dawn truly put the needs of my husband in mind when selling his house. The previous realtor he had did notput the time and effort that Dawn showed from day one and she had the house well over a year. Dawnimmediately had ways for us to get more traffic into the house, from staging, listing it in more than onesource, as well as some other suggestions. The house immediately saw more visits as a result.I can not recommend Dawn enough. She is such a professional, and cares about getting you what youdeserve.

We are a military family, stationed all over the world with Lackland & Randolph in the mix. As our kids grewolder, they all moved to the San Antonio area. Being military brats, this was the closest thing to home basefor them. Here is where Dawn comes in: plan # 1 was to buyland and build. We bought land and ended up selling it, all with Dawns help - all electronic mind you. Plan #2,look for a bigger chunk of land. Plan 3, we didnt have a plan 3 !! - My husband was offered a job at Randolphso the land option was forgotten about and a home was now priority. Dawn put together houses to visit at theperfect time for us after we flew in. In each house Dawn asked questions about paint or decor andremembered our preferences.Dawn was there every step of the way - she was there through all of our life changes and always, alwayshad a smile on her face. We had a million and one questions - she had all the answers. Through a prettystressful life change, Dawn made it happen. She guided us through the process, reminded us of thingscoming up, had great suggestions for us, walked through the inspection and even with all of the officialpaperwork, she remembered my tub preference and we discussed this at the walk through. We now have anamazing dream home and couldnt be happier.HIGHLY recommend Dawn!
