We were very happy with the process.

We listed one property with Katie Martin initially and had several buyers and came very close to closing several times but for various reasons the buyers had last minute issues with their bank. That did not deter them at all! They continued to show and finally we had a successful closing! We were so impressed with their selling skills, we listed our lake property which was 3 hours away and they found an out of state buyer who gave us full asking price and we closed on this house within a month of the first house we sold! Highly recommended!

Dayna Simmons herself was fine, it was her team members I interacted with. Due to the Coronavirus there was a significant amount of time between signing with Team Dayna Simmons and listing our house. The team concept did not seem to work well as information did not get shared among members. They couldn’t find the video that was made of our house and then said they found it but it needed editing. It never got posted with the listing. The job duties of the members changed a couple of times, so the people we started out talking with were not the same people later. One of the team members was 300 miles away in another city. The realtor that listed our home did not appear to do much on our behalf as the buyer’s realtor received everything her clients wanted in negotiations. By chance we talked to Dayna Simmons herself on the phone and she went back and corrected something our realtor had let pass in the amount of $3500. Dayna Simmons percentage on commissions is 7% because of the “extras” (stager, videographer, etc.) you get. The service we received was definitely not worth the extra percent.
