Took us to look at several houses I had picked. Gave great opinions on each home, updates and more. I found a last minute house and she arranged a showing right away. We loved the home and made an offer immediately. She was very professional and handle the whole process in a very timely manner. We were able to just sit back and let her handle everything and she did just that. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would use her service again no question about it.

I was told about Debbie from a co-worker who had recently worked with her in purchasing her first home. She was very friendly, had great knowledge of the properties that I was interested in. Any time I needed help or had questions I could call her at any time. She always followed up with me. Held my hand thru the whole process of being a first time home buyer. Even when I had a problem with my water heater she was there for me and helped me to get it fixed. She has gone above and beyond being a real estate professional I count her as a friend. Debbie is most definitely a 5 star realtor!! She went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor and has a giant heart and genuinely gets to know her clients. We went through several bumps in the road during our home buying process, which included helping us find a new lender when our existing lender fell through, and to be honest had she not been able to recommend us to our eventual lender we would be overpaying for rent right now instead of living in our new home. Debbie was always accessible, organized, and very dedicated to us and our journey. Hubby and I were in search of a forever home near the grandkids. We searched for almost a year. We went through about 4 realtors trying to find that "JUST RIGHT" fit. Debbie Elliot-Collins was SUPERB!!! We had never met, had been referred to her through a friend/realtor in our hometown. She quickly understood what we were trying to accomplish. She is extremely knowledgeable, has the patience of Job, a very good listener and one of the most prompt to return emails, texts or phone calls or any realtor we have worked with EVER!!! While I like to think we knew what we were looking for, as well as the right place for us to live, with minimal hand holding necessary, I was wrong. Couple of times hand holding was needed and Debbie NEVER hesitated to help us through some tough negotiations. If you want a realtor to go the "extra mile", Debbie is your gal!

The first home we found to make an offer on was a short sale and debbie was very upfront and honest with me about the difficulty with short sales.
