Debi made magic happen for my wife, 2 kids, 2 cats, and I. My wife and I were part of a major corporate relocation. We were evicted from our apartment in Los Angeles and had 6 weeks to find "the home of our dreams." Debi spent 6 days straight with us looking at houses we picked as well as houses she picked after learning more about us. I think it was about 50 housesin 4 days total In the end, Debi showed us 3 houses that were her picks. My wife fell in love with one of them and we made an offer. Ms. Leavitt made a potentially painful and stressful process completely painless! From start to finish, she put us at ease by showing her knowledge of the process from preparing the home to be shown, listing, showing, evaluating offers, and closing. Debi was an outstanding partner in our home search. We were relocating and needed a sniper to help us locate the perfect house and she delivered. Debi was very familiar with the area we were looking to buy and had a large amount of respect in the market. She helped us throughout the entire process. If and when we couldn't make it to meet inspectors, vendors, re-checks and so on she stepped up and took the lead without fault. She provided market analysis and insight to help us make an informed decision. Debi was responsive to all of our communications and took all the time we asked, when we asked to make sure our needs were met. She went beyond what the normal lazy realtor does (sending you a bunch of homes from an automated MLS search and making you do the work). She sent the homes, we responded and she went out and screened the homes BEFORE we wasted our days looking at duds. She made sure we were truly looking at homes we would like. She made sure they didn't have cropped out power lines, didn't back up to a landfill, didn't smell like a frat house and so on. This is what Realtors should strive to achieve. I appreciate Debi taking the time and pride to be better than the normal crop of realtors. It made the search a lot less stressful and more like we had a partner in our home search, not just a "plus 1" tagging along waiting to collect their commission like 95% of the realtors you deal with are.

Debi worked tirelessly to sell our home and find us a new home during the holidays. She is a true professional and knows her trade very well!
