Deb worked with us in a very difficult market for buyers and she was very patient and helpful. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and exceedingly responsive. On many occasions she went above and beyond to provide information, recommendations and to get things done that weren't even in her job description. She helped us buy our dream house and that's not an exaggeration! We are pleased and grateful after having worked with her.

There aren't enough positive adjectives to fully express how Deb is all-around the best agent out there. She's done and continues to do absolutely everything she can to make sure that the house buying and selling experience does not drive the buyer crazy. Deb knows the answers to any questions you have and ones you haven't thought of! My wife and I thought we would have an easy time selling our house and buying another one, but flaky buyers made it hard to get things to sync up for buying. Deb never lagged in her efforts to keep our house visible and on the top of the list. As for buying, despite our TERRIBLE bank's best efforts, and thanks to Deb's continued support we found the perfect house for us. Deborah goes clearly above and beyond for her customers. The experience she provided us was totally free of worry. When a question came up, she knew the answer and acted on it for a quick resolve. One challenge arose and Deborah stepped up and walked us through with ease. She knows the ins and outs of real estate and uses her knowledge rather comfortably. Deborah puts her customers needs first. I felt as if she had no other clients. She either answers her phone on every call or returns the call nearly immediately. Short review: Deborah Glatz is amazing. She is by far the best agent Ive worked with. I wish I could rate her 100 out of 10.Long review: We were new to the area in which we were buying and we didn't have any real estate agent recommendations. So, we just picked three houses we liked on Zillow and clicked Please contact me. We were contacted by three different agents. One of them had received 7 different gold/silver/bronze awards in Westchester over the past 10 years. She agreed to work with us and we thought we were lucky. Boy, were we wrong. The other agent was Deborah and she just blew golden lady out of the water. Deborah was so much more attentive to details, responsive, caring, patient, thoughtful and helpful that we decided we wouldn't work with any other agent after first few houses we viewed with her. She relentlessly took us to view house after house and not even once did we feel that we were pushed towards something or that she is annoyed or discouraged by our requirements or questions or even the amount of houses she had to show to us.Few highlights: Both our kids play violin in orchestra and we mentioned it briefly in a conversation while we were viewing one of the houses. A few hours later she sends us an email: she found out which schools had orchestras. She also reached out to her friend, a retired local choral teacher who knew the orchestra teacher in schools in the area we were looking. Then, Deborah emailed the teacher to make sure the orchestra program had violins - can you imagine this level of dedication? BTW, she replies to ALL emails and replies fast: if that's important to you (as it was important to us) - you will just love her. In one of the houses we mentioned that we'd like kid's bedrooms to be equal size so that they don't fight who's getting the bigger bedroom. Deborah remembered that and from that moment on she made sure houses we viewed met that requirement - even though we didn't really stress this as a requirement.Also, she seems to have very vast construction/renovation experience from her personal life and that helps her (and us) a lot in her real estate agent job - in every house we viewed she was able to point out things that are either in poor condition or were fixed just for selling or things that might cause us trouble in near future - while we were looking at house decoration she was pointing out leaky ceilings, damp basements, old plumbing, etc.I have many, many, many other examples but I will finish with this - any time we mention Deborah in our conversations our kids say - hey, say Hi to Deborah from us and thats a sign of a job excellently done.I would totally recommend Deborah to all my friends and I am sure she will make their house buying experience as enjoyable as she did ours.

Deborah was professional from day one. Explained everything in great detail prior to signing a contract with her office to sell our condominium. She always followed up throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the status of all the showings, open houses, and the feedback from the buyers. Upon receiving offers she always gave us her professional recommendations. Upon accepting an offer she walked us through all the applicable paperwork and worked well with our attorney and the buyers agent and attorney. She made the entire process less stressful and always kept us updated. She always returned my phone calls or my emails in a prompt manner. Her knowledge of the market and area was excellent. It was a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend her.

Debbie was a great benefit to us throughout the process of selling the house we had built 38 years ago. When we initially asked her questions last year, she came to the house and explained the process, including giving us an example of the booklet she would create when we were ready to sell. When we finally did set a deadline for the house to go on the market, she came over and went through each room giving us suggestions and guidelines of what to do to make the house naturally "sellable". Once on the market, the house was in contract in 4-5 weeks. During the steps we had to get through after that, Debbie was available to answer questions and keep us moving forward. Debbie made this a more positive experience than we had thought it could be.

Our journey was long and tiring but Deborah Glatz made the experience fun and easy. I met Debbie randomly through a home listing I was interested in. The house was not a good fit but I enjoyed Debbie's knowledge honesty and up beat personality . My fianc and I decided to use Debbie as our agent to continue our search for "the perfect home". lol. Debbie spent countless hours and probably hundreds of gallons of gas showing us houses. We had some upsets which were out of our control but I am a strong believer in everything happens for a reason. In the end Debbie helped My fianc and I negotiate a great deal on a wonderful home and we couldn't be any happier. Her knowledge and commitment of the industry helped us tremendously from start to finish.
