I would highly recommend Dena Davis Mike Butson Team to anyone looking to sell their home. We met with Dena and Mike in our home in December & we were very impressed with how well organized they were- especially for a first meeting. They definitely know what they are doing and we decided that day that there was no one else w'd rather work with. We worked together on a a timeline for everything and they stuck to it throughout the entire process. As a bonus---they offered free staging. And not just fluffing our stuff. They brought in furnishings to go with the furniture we had. Updated our artwork. Installed lamps. We got to use all of that for free. They own a warehouse full of updated furnishings and we got to use it for free. Their staging department brought it over and arranged everything. The pictures came out phenomenal! OMG! I didnt want to sell after seeing my home look that great. Our house was listed for 4 days before we had an offer. Did I mention that it went up right before New years? And the open house was on New Years eve? We had an offer the next day. Mike negotiated our contract, I had a real appreciation for how he was able to hold the buyers off from nit picky repair request. We were beyond happy and would definitely use them again.
