I actually met Donnie on Zillow, I asked him about a foreclosure I found on the site. His name was one of several listed for the property. He was the first realtor to respond and the only realtor to be up front about water damage in the roof due to a burst pipe. There were three more that responded over the next couple of days and none of them told me about that. That really impressed me that he would volunteer that information to a stranger that he just met because he did not feel comfortable selling the home unless he disclosed everything. That property did not work out, but he went above and beyond to help me find a property. He looked at list I compiled from Zillow and ones he compiled. He worked with me through two houses that fell through and helped me get into the one I just bought. He was extremely patient, helpful and gracious through the whole process. The people he works with are also top notch from the mortgage agent, inspector, and Title Company. My only regret is he was not selling homes when I bought my first house. If you go with Donnie you he will put you in the right house for you and the process will be way easier than it should be

We used Donnie Morrow after a great deal of research.
