Doug & Sherry are amazing! Not only were they incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and expertise, but Doug negotiated a price for us that was 10% below asking (and well below what the house was subsequently appraised for)! The entire process was organized, predictable, and easy, which was impressive, as we were moving from Massachusetts to Chattanooga, and had to do many things remotely, with Doug acting as our trusted agent. This is the third house that I have purchased and I found Doug to be by far the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with. I would have NO hesitation about engaging him again and he comes with my highest personnel recommendation.

The sale doesn't end at the end of the transaction, he follows up and stays in contact with you. Any future problems you have he does not hesitate to help, and still answers his phone. This guy is the true meaning of above and beyond. I have since moved to FL and purchased a house through an agent in this area and have been disappointed. I have called Doug for help on different recent issues as my new FL agent is difficult to get ahold of and not very helpful, especially after the sale. All I can say is "I MISS MY DOUG". Mike and Sherry went above and beyond in a VERY difficult Corp move! They worked hard in every way! They had to actually take care of the house, check the pool weekly, and manage it after we moved.
