When we were just looking around at homes, (not really sure when we would be ready to buy), we met Drew. He offered to come by and do an evaluation of our home and give us an idea of what we could possibly get for it with no obligation to use him as our realtor. Well, after evaluating our home, time had passed, but Drew kept in touch with us when other realtors that we encountered had not. That really impressed us so we decided to use him as our realtor and we were not disappointed. Not only did he sell our home (within a few weeks) he also helped us purchase our dream home even though the odds seemed to be against us. I was very impressed with Drew. He was VERY persistent in negotiating the sale of my new home. The builder was very unresponsive and Drew escalated it up to the President and CEO of the company. He texted, e-mailed, and called them almost every day to get updates. It came down to the very last day that my interest rate was locked in (2.5% on a 30 year...unreal) so I was stressing out; but because he was persistent and friendly with the builder they were able to come to an agreement. He responds almost immediately to your texts, calls and e-mails. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I would (and do) highly recommend him to any friends of mine.

Drew was working with my sister who lived out of the country. He and I would go to all of the houses and video chat with her so that she could see them. He did such a great job of being patient with the many different choices that she had. He was very responsive, which was important with a 9 hour time difference. In addition to making sure she was taken care of, he was also very responsive to me and was super helpful with making sure all of the details that I may not have noticed, as I have never purchased a home before, were taken care of. We have been working with Drew Bouffard, with Realty Austin since September of 2017. We went and looked at several houses with him and found one that we really liked. After we went into contract and put $2000 earnest money down our lender messed up our file and we could not get closed. We ended up losing the house. I was distraught when we lost the home. Drew was there through every tear, every freak out and every happy moment. We decided to have a house built from the ground up and wait the 6 months to have it done. Drew called us damn near every week to ask us how we were doing, he would return my texts when ever I needed advise or to be talked off the ledge of anxiety attacks and would call to also check on how the house was coming along. It was a rocky road waiting and gathering all our docs but again he was there for all the bad times we went through. Honestly, I do not think I would have made it through this process without him! We just closed on our first home on July 20th and drew was right there next to us signing the closing papers. He had a gift basket waiting for us outside when we were done with all the move in essentials that you might have packed away and need right away. He called us a few days after and asked how we liked the new house. I never thought that a realty company could be so personable and tentative to clients.
