Edith knows her stuff, we met Edith at an open house, we knew right away from just conversing with her for a few minutes that we had to fire the realtor we were working with and work with Edith, she knows the beach and the property's, she knows what it'll take to get in, two days with her and we had a contract. I began working with Edith in 2015. We would vacation Fort Myers Beach FL three to four times a year. Each time we vacation we would contact Edith in hopes we could find our dream home, and each year she would show us several properties. Finally in August 2018 and due to Edith hard work she assisted us purchasing our dream property in Fort Myers Beach FL. She is professional and will represent you with 150% integrity . Professional, courteous and dedicatedOur experience with the Mausser team was extremely positive. My wife and I and two close friends were thinking of buying condos on FMB. Since we were attending a work function in Estero we made an appointment to look at some places with a local realtor. When the day of the appointment came he met us at the location. But he was late, seemed distracted and we felt as though he looked at us an interruption to his other plans. Needless to say we never went back to him. It was pure luck that we happened to just walk in to Lahainna Realty and met Eddie Mausser. Right from the start we new that if we were to find what we wanted it would be with The Mausser team.. We worked mostly with Edie but our experience with Arnold was just terrific as well. Edie was dedicated, knowledgeable and focused and understood what we wanted. It took almost two years and a lot of hard work by Edie but we all found beautiful condos. We recommend Edie and Arnold to friends and people we meet from time to time that may be interested in buying something in South West Florida. We are all extremely happy with the outcome and appreciative of her help and guidance.

For a time, it didn't look like it was going to go through. Edie tried to find us an alternative and worked with us for months. I think we looked at every condo on the south end of FMB. We hung on as it went to pre-foreclosure. Luckily, it finally was accepted. Edie went above and beyond, being present for the inspection, finding a plumber to make some necessary corrections. We flew into town, stopped by her house, picked up our keys and walked into our new condo. The beds were made and there was a nice welcome gift waiting for us! Couldn't have done it without her. Such great service!
