    • When my wife and I went to sell our 900-sq ft starter home of eight years in Fenton, we wanted to find the perfect Realtor (April/May 2012). We bought the home as a For Sale By Owner, so this would be our first dip into working with an agent. I wanted to interview at least three to get a good idea of our choices. I had seen billboards and postcards from several other Fenton Realtors, but I also wanted a good range. I'm a big fan of Zillow and Liz's name was at the top of the recommended agents for Fenton, so I gave her a shot even though I hadn't heard of Paradigm Realty before. Just from the phone interview, she was in my top-two favorite. We ended up meeting with FIVE Realtors in the span of a week. Each one was different, with lots of pros and cons, but Liz was the total package. Her personality was amazing, her photography was incredible, her ads looked the best, and her professionalism was unmatched. Hearing about how Paradigm Realty started and how well they're doing made me very excited to choose them as a partner. And Liz was very dog-friendly, which made me and my wife happy! Staging the house went really well. We listened to all of Liz's advice (she has a degree in Interior Design), and the house was transformed and ready for the initial Open House. On that day we had several people come through, including the person who put a contract down a few days later. We were floored that everything went this well. Pricing the house right, of course, helped. And inspections and repairs all went well, and Liz was on top of all our deadlines. We didn't want to shop around for homes until we closed because I travel a lot and we had a cruise planned in the midst of all this. But on our closing day, Liz took us out to see 7-8 houses in South County and Fenton. (We had already culled through 50+ homes through the online portal Liz created for us.) Seeing the homes was a several-hour process, but the last house we saw was it -- our dream home!!Our old home's closing went well, and a day later we put a contract down on the new home. I had already thought we had the perfect Realtor long before negotiations and inspections began, but Liz's star shined even brighter. We got the price we wanted, and her professionalism and negotiation skills with the other agent helped alleviate all our worries about the house's cons. We were on cloud nineteen. Closing went really well -- absolutely no hiccups (late July 2012). Everyone she recommended helped us out perfectly.The last three months have certainly been a whirlwind, but we couldn't be more thankful that we took a chance calling the top "Premier Agent" on Zillow for Fenton. (I read the other reviews on Zillow and was very please people took the time to create them because this is an extremely important decision.) We also loved the "Paradigm Realty Difference" too (fact sheet where Liz describes what makes their business model different). Learning how they built the business made me proud to choose them. And her community/volunteer work and master's degree spoke volumes to us. Please include her in your search for the perfect Realtor. Trust me, having the perfect partner makes all the difference! Do everything your Realtor asks of you and the process will be much less stressful that I could ever imagine.
