We can't say enough about the quality of the experience we had with Emer and Emerald Realty. There was a significant amount of interest in our neighborhood and home so we decided to sell it ourselves. Emer brought a potential buyer and was extremely helpful in taking care of details on our end, even though she was not representing us. That deal ultimately fell through but we were so impressed with Emer that we decided to have her list our home. Her team swooped in (staging, photos, listing) and had our home back on the market in a few days. We quickly had an even higher offer. Emerald Realty guided us through the inspection and document process and we closed successfully. Our advice is that even in the hottest market and one of the most desirable subdivisions in our area, we needed the expertise that Emer's team provided to successfully close the deal.
