Eric Mendieta

Eric was raised in Orion Michigan. As a child Eric was either riding his dirt bike, playing soccer, ice hockey or any other game outdoors with childhood friends and never remembers a day where he made it home before dark. It was this rough and fun play that gave Eric aspirations of owning his own business. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Eric worked his way from serving coffee in high school and college, to managing retail stores as a field training manager for the Vitamin Shoppe where he saved enough money and started his very first business, a network of DVD kiosks across Michigan.
