We got a buyer quickly for close to list price. When the buyer's financing fell apart, Eric found another lender that did the job and kept this deal together. Highly Recommended.

We are from out of town and contacted Eric late one evening as our son was looking for a property to purchase in the area. Eric was so great! He immediately emailed us potential homes and set up a time to meet our son to look at homes. Within a couple weeks, we opened escrow on a home.
