Eric Scott is an outstanding realtor, and has surrounded himself with a great team. In recently selling my home, he laid out a strategic plan based on my unique requirements. He provided a solid rationale for his plan, but was always willing to accept alternative ideas. Eric grew up in Colorado Springs, and his father was a leading realtor here, so he is knowledgeable about the area and is well respected in the realtor community. He has an A+ support team. The photographer and videographer both captured my home's personality and showed off the best aspects of my home. Eric's in house team is professional and have a clear understanding of the real estate process. They were all invaluable!
