The Property Pros Realty Group are Simply Amazing!!! My wife and I bought our first home through Mr. Eric Sotolongo. We hadn't been through the process before so I asked co-workers how it was with their realtor and yes, of course you get all the cons and negatives. That isn't at all how our experience was with The Property Pros! We sat down one day with Eric and answered a small list of questions, he said he could handle it from there. Yes, at first the wife and I were like, really? Mr. Eric called the very next day and had a few homes for us to look at. It blew our minds how fast he was able to find homes to view. After the first day Eric knew exactly what we were looking for and said "y'all are going to be excited about where we are going now!" All I could say is, "dang this guy knows what he is doing" . As we arrived to the new home the WIFE went nuts, she loved it! You men know what I mean...lol! Shortly after, we closed on the house and still live there five years later. Easy as 1,2,3.... In 2010 my wife and I were looking for our first house just before we got married. We searched high and low for the exact right option for our future family. Eric and his team took the time to show us any house that we were interested in and gave great insight into the different aspects of purchasing a home, something we really needed! Through Eric's guidance we found and purchased a foreclosure for less than the listed price, through his great negotiating skills, and moved in within 15 days! After living in Jacksonville for over 20 years, it was time to retire and move closer to our kids. We not only were emotionally attached to our home, but needed to get a certain amount back to make our move. Our daughter, who used to be a realtor in Jacksonville, insisted that we use Eric Sotolongo to facilitate the sale of our home. Eric Sotolongo was a fantastic realtor! He was very attentive but not overly aggressive or salesman like. Eric gave us great advice on factors to think about with regard to resale value of homes we were viewing that I would have never thought about.
