I purchased a second home from out of state, Erik was extremely helpful with finding the right area for me with everything i was looking for. He went above and beyond helping me pick up paperwork and delivering papers to HOA for me since I was out of town. He was always available to help answer my hundreds of questions that I had either through phone or text.
