I have waited too long to write this review. We started working with Joy in Dec 2020. She helped us buy a wonderful home in Jul 2021 after a lot of searching. Always upbeat, she made herself available on zero notice to look at a home, talk about prospects, or discuss offers. As we made offers ? she was able to turn a conversation into a valid offer in a number of hours. And after the offer was made, her connections with other realtors supported soft feedback and the ability to consider revisions. Once the offer was accepted ? her ability to bring a team together for closing was phenomenal. Whether it was a home inspector, or the appraiser, or another necessary event ? she made things happen quickly. And then she helped us sell our condo! Absolutely amazing. She made recommendations for upgrades, found contractors, and pushed for rapid, professional completion. Her team staged the condo beautifully and her recommendations on list price were higher than I had hoped and right-on, with an offer received in under a week and closing in under a month. If I ever do another real-estate transaction ? I will find Joy at the Erin K Jones real Estate Team to help me out. Wonderfully pleasant to work with, and professionally competent well beyond any team I have dealt with.

Brittny was a pleasure to work with, during my process she communicated well and stayed on top of all paper work and deadlines. While I was traveling for work she insured walk throughs were done and inspections were completed. She treated my process as if it was the home she was buying. Working with her I selected a home, got all documents submitted, inspection done and closed in a short period of time. She is very professional and timely. I never had to wait on her. I would work with her again and refer her as a reliable realtor that you should work with.

Erin did a great job listing our home. We loved that staging and cleaning of the house was included before listing. This was our first time selling a house and Erin answered all our questions. She was easy to reach with great communication. She was happy to discuss all options of list price and let us make the final decision on what to list the home. Erin really took her time walking through the house at our first meeting to let us know how to prepare for the sale. She was honest with us and gave us good insight into the market. My husband and I moved to the DMV from California last year and were not familiar with the housing market or area generally. After getting settled in a rental, we were eager to purchase a home just as the market was heating up. Although we were zealous Zillow searchers, we really depended on Erin to help guide us regarding neighborhoods to target based on our priorities. When we saw a new house of interest pop up on MLS, we would immediately text Erin for her thoughts or to set up a tour. She was amazingly responsive, often responding in a matter of minutes, and always made sure that we had a tour lined up quickly either with Erin or one of her team members (not always easy during the pandemic and in this market). Erin also clearly had good relationships with other real estate agents in the market, which allowed us to put in offers that we knew would be competitive and to follow up in a way that did not alienate the sellers. Finally, Erin's expertise in renovating homes also allowed us to see the potential of houses we otherwise may have written off. She also spotted problems in houses that we never would have noticed, which prevented us from putting in offers we certainly would have regretted. Erin made us feel that she always had our best interests in mind, and we are grateful. If we ever move again, we will certainly seek out Erin!

I was connected with Kaitlyn F. and her team right away. I was always told that the home buying process was daunting and stressful, but that was not the case at all. Kaitlyn was insightful and realistic. We knew that if we ever had a question that her or her team would reach out to us. Overall excellent!

Joy helped my husband and I find our first home in Alexandria. We met Joy at an Open House before we had a realtor, and she called us shortly thereafter. While many realtors called us after that weekend, we decided to go with Joy because she was professional, actually interested in what we wanted (others tried to steer us to different locations), and very easy to talk to/get along with. We had some ups and downs in the home-buying process, including a crazy submission of our first offer (in a multiple-offer situation). Since it was our first home-buying experience, we must have asked Joy 85 questions that day, between email, phone calls, and texts, but she promptly and thoroughly responded each time. We looked at many houses together and Joy helped us evaluate our likes and dislikes, especially in comparing between the different properties (and the sometimes frustrating differences in my husband's and my priorities). We ended up having a very short closing period on the house that we ended up buying, and Joy had our back the entire way. We are very happy in our new home and highly recommend Joy for your real estate needs!

She was VERY nice and professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the homes, appliances, and the area. She has a wonderful personality and is all about making sure you are comfortable with the process and the home itself. She took time to explain the process and next steps without me even asking. She is not in it for the commission, she's not trying to make money off of you...she is seriously one of the most genuine people I have ever met. Within the 2 month period, I would fly back to the east coast with short notice, and she made sure she took the time to show me the homes. Not to mention there were several weekends where my mom and Khaneisha would go to look at houses and then FaceTime me so I could tour the home. She was VERY responsive to my phone calls or texts...day or night, she was available and was there to help. She put me in contact with a lender for pre-approval, spoke to the realtor selling, and in just 24 hours on Zillow I got the condo! "Erin had previously sold a house in our neighborhood, and after talking with that home owner, we decided to call Erin about selling our home. She was extremely responsive and when we met with her we liked how straightforward she was with us. She advised us on things we could do to prepare the house, and she told us that her team would stage the house (for no additional cost). Once we got the house ready, the staging team put on the final touches and brought in furniture and accessories to make the house look great. After a cleaning crew came to go over everything (paid by Erin), they took the photos which came out great. We listed the house on Thursday, had open houses on Saturday and Sunday and by Sunday evening had seven competing offers. Erin made a spreadsheet for us to view the offers easily and helped talk us through choosing the best offer. She included in the listing the fact that we wanted to stay for a couple of extra months, and made sure all of the offers we reviewed accounted for that. After everything the offer we selected was $34K above our listing price. Erin kept us in the loop on the process and gave us notice for when the various appointments were taking place (home inspection, pest inspection, appraisal, ect). After some minor negotiating after the inspection, we accepted the offer. Closing went smoothly, and overall it was a very good experience. After moving out, she still checked in to make sure we received everything we needed after the closing, and when we were missing a check we were due, she ensured we received it. "I CANNOT recommend Kelly enough. I was lucky that she was one of the first people that responded to a post I made on Facebook looking for a realtor licensed in MD and VA. She called me that night. She met me that weekend to check out my condo I was looking to sell and discuss my search criteria for my new home.
