Ernie Dill

We recently closed on two very challenging lots subdivided from a larger family holding. I say challenging in that these lots were 5-acre parcels, but only small portions were buildable! The lots were heavily treed, sloping, crossed by a private road, and bordering a 100-year flood plain. Uniquely located, the lots were in great demand but the significant engineering and permitting issues required extensive explication. Our Agent, Ernie Dill did a marvelous job of rendering our offer comprehensible and getting the properties sold! I highly recommend Ernies services!

I have bought and sold 9 houses in 40 years, and Ernie Dill is the best realtor Ive ever had. He knew the market, and he worked hard to sell our home in 2016. It sold in Fredericksburg after only 2 days on the market for more than asking price. His office provided an excellent Stager, Shelley, to help us as well. I had interviewed 2 other realtors, but picked Ernie because he was very knowledgeable, personable and he offered a stager. I have since referred him to several of my friends and neighbors, and he sold their houses quickly as well. One of my neighbors hadnt been able to sell their house in 9 months with a different realtor. They made the improvements that Ernie recommended and it sold with a few weeks. I highly recommend that you make any improvements that Ernie suggests and price it according to his suggestions if you want to sell your house quickly and for top dollar. The 3D photos his photographer took looked outstanding and helped with the quick sale, too. I highly recommend Ernie Dill as a great realtor!

5 minutes after I hit the "like button" on a piece of property, Ernie Dill called me. That was 2 and a half years ago and we love the house that Ernie helped us buy. Ernie worked non-stop with the seller, closing agent, home inspector, termite inspector - in short, everyone required to make it all happen. Even after the sale, Ernie was there to answer all the little questions that arise in a new house. I would buy another home using him as an agent in an instant and if, and when, I sell this home, Ernie Dill will be my representative. Ernie would get more than 5 stars if possible. (Google Review!) I was very lucky to have hired him as my realtor when I purchased my first home. He turned a very complicated process into an easy experience. He explained everything thoroughly, he replied to all my questions very quickly, he helped me hire great people to do all the inspections, closing and even helped me find a financing company last minute when my original company dropped the ball. This man will be my realtor as long as he is still working, thats how great of an experience it was for me.
