History: Evelyn earned her B.S. degree in education at the University of Florida. After completing post graduate work, she began a successful teaching career at Southside Junior High School and St. Petersburg College. She also tutored privately, and wrote a book on reading education for special needs students.
Evelyn entered the real estate business in 1965 and enjoyed great success selling single family residences, homesites, farms and ranches in south Texas. After moving to Florida in 1992, she switched her focus to the development and sales of luxury condom
