I just bought a home from Faruq. Biggest scammer. Don't use him. Bad, bad faith!! They're snakes he hires bad contractors not even license correctly. Be Aware. I bought a home and I moved in to a stripped home and no mechanics working. Ex. No Ac, no heat, swamp pool. Bad ducting. Plus sold off items before I revived my keys. Bad. 30 day or sooner close turned into 3 months of hell. Faruq. Workers were living in the home while finishing FHA requirements. Which didn't get done.
