It was crazy times buying a house during Covid, but Chase was great setting up all the necessary protocols for each house that we wanted to view and took every safety measure necessary. Chase was extremely patient with us, and never pushy. We toured many houses before finding the perfect home for us. He was a blast to view houses with. I worked with Carrie to help my aging father in law sell his property. He had moved out to the Midwest already, and due to the pandemic, we couldn't travel back to California for any part of the home sale process. Further, my relative is very particular and refuses to sign documents electronically, so everything had to be done by mailed papers.Despite these setbacks, Carrie helped us sell his home in a masterful and professional manner. On top of that, she managed to get the house sold for $13,000 more than it had appraised for merely a couple months prior, and she helped my relative make sure some items he had missed shipping made it out to him.Working with Carrie was a pleasure. From start to finish Leslie was supportive, understanding and professional! We had a bit of an issue with the final registering of the sales with the city, delivery day of our belongings was upon us and we had not yet closed. Let's face it, buying a house especially your first house is beyond stressful and it's a huge decision. We might think we're ready when we aren't. She never pushed me, I can't stand it when people push their agenda on you, or act like used car salesmen.. She never did that, I never felt pressured. It might take you several listings before you find the right home. If you're very particular like me then no matter who your realtor is, it'll take them a few houses before they find that perfect place for you to call home. Carrie really takes her job to the next level.. she's incredibly sweet, but also very honest and realistic which I appreciate. A lot of times her honesty can mean she loses money (by not making the sale) but she does the right thing for her clients and that's EXACTLY why I'm taking the time out of my extremely busy life (at the moment) to praise her.
