- Frank and I connected, but did no business
Frank is managing a listing that is a classic bait and switch. I recently tried to go and see 26 Mt. Vernon in Beacon Hill, MA during an “open house” that he advertised. When I got there, no open house was happening. When I called Trulia, they put me in touch with Frank, the listing agent. I finally realized tonight doing research that the listing was in Charlestown, not Beacon Hill and the Frank acted like I was wrong and how would anything on beacon hill be this cheap. This is a classic Bait and Switch, which is against the law.
