Frank helped us sell our home quick and easy. It was very easy to work with him and his associates. We got everything we wanted out of selling our house. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

I would highly recommend Frank as a Realtor. We lived in our home for over 20 years and making a decision to sell was difficult and we dreaded the whole process. However, Frank was pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable. When we had our initial meeting to discuss how much our home was worth, he came prepared with many comparable properties and provided advice without being overbearing. As a result, we had an offer on our home in just over a week and closed within a month. The 'for sale' sign wasn't even up when we got the offer! He and his staff were courteous and assisted us through every step in the process, through to settlement. Frank sold a property for us several years ago when we were liquidating the assets of a deceased family member. He handled the sale very professionally and we were pleased with the price. Based on that experience we referred two friends to Frank whose properties had been on the market for extended periods without selling. He was able to close both sales quite promptly, and both sellers were pleased. So when it came time to sell our primary residence, the choice was simple. We called Frank, signed the contract, and the day after the property was listed, we left for vacation. Before we had reached our destination Frank called to say he had an interested buyer with a couple of questions. We were able to get the house under contract by email before our vacation was over. Of course past performance is no guarantee of future results, as they say, but we surely wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank and his staff!

Our house had been on the market a couple of years and the day the contract expired, Frank called and asked if he could list our property.
