ATMB was the number one FHA Insured Loan Originator in South Florida. Followed by Chase Manhattan Bank, who was at a second position in the mortgage sector. During the 1990’s, Mr. Palau was the Top Producer in this Firm and built an impeccable rapport among other professionals such as Underwriters, Attorneys and colleagues in the Real Estate Markets and Financial sector. While working with Architects, he educated himself with the new construction of Single Family Homes.
