True ProfessionalFred is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. He stands out in an industry full of people who are inexperienced and unprofessional. I am a contractor/investor and in the past 2+ years Fred and I have successfully completed over 10 Real Estate transactions! I have also bought many properties in foreclosure which can be a difficult task when dealing with large banks and every time the deal went smoothly thanks to Fred. Thank youMet Fred when we were looking at a house on James Street (he was the seller agent). Shortly thereafter, my previous buyer agent terminated service with us because we had taken over a year and hadnt bought a house, so we reached out to Fred to see if he might be able to help us. Fred was friendly and responsive from the get-go, maintaining communication through email, text messages, and phone calls. Since we knew we were picky and dont like unnecessarily wasting our agents time we asked him if we could look at houses without him and then schedule an appointment with him if we found one we were interested in; he was fine with this. Amusingly, one of the first houses we looked at we decided we were interested in, so we scheduled an appointment with him to take a look at it. He took us through the house, noted several issues we wouldnt have spotted and gave us his thoughts on the severity of the issues (most were very minor) and his impression of the house in general. We decided we were still interested in the house, so he walked us through what we needed to do next. Every step of the way Fred was right there with us guiding us through the selection, inspection, and purchase of our first home. He recommended some inspectors, yet invited us to research inspectors for ourselves and pick an inspector *WE* were comfortable with. When we made the offer and the seller came back with some conditions we werent fond of, he helped us negotiate better terms. Every time there was paperwork that needed our attention, Fred made it available online (through DotLoop) and would also reach out to us to make sure we were aware something needed our attention. Overall, I cant think of a single negative experience we had with Fred, and whether youre buying your first or fifteenth home I think hed be a good buyer agent to have on your side.
