Fred doesnt just work in Pomona, he makes it his home. Hes 100% involved in the community, from fundraisers to neighborhood potlucks. He even promotes the local kids lemonade stands on social media.

Fred is friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared. He knows what he is selling. I wish other realtors would take the time to know what they are selling. Fred can tell you anything and everything about both the home and the area without having to pick up the flyer or read notes.

Fred knows the historic districts, the advantages of living in a Nationally Registered Historic District and the city's ordinance that pertains to them. This saves people a lot of grief and problems when other agents don't know the details of living in a historic district. He was one of the founding volunteers of these famous Historic Districts.
