Two years ago, my wife and I moved to Wilmington from upstate New York, and were now finally ready to buy our first home to start our family. Far from any family or friends, we were in more ways than one on our own in this process. After being referred to Gary from one of my wife's coworkers, the house searching had begun. Upon our first meeting at his office, my wife and I were treated as if we were family friends for years. Being a young couple (I'm 30 and wife is 24) Gary made sure we fully understood any and all factors in play, and helped give us advice as if we were one of his own kids in the house buying process. No matter the time of day/night, he was always in contact ready to answer any questions we had or help steer us in the right direction through the various steps along the way. Finally after a few months of searching, Gary showed us what he believed to be, "the one," and sure enough we immediately fell in love with it and a few weeks later it was ours! I truly believe had we not gone with Gary as our realtor, the house of our dreams that is now ours, would have been lost out there, because Gary took the time to get to know us and what was best suited for us.

Gary listens, works hard, suggests and listens. My overall experience is that he is a truly caring person who also works in home sales. He even worked with us on questions when he was on vacation
