"Wanted to list my house in Henderson, glad I changed my mind was not so friendly .Did not care to much wanted bigger fish . Not to friendly and wanted a long term commitment,didn't want that then things went south .Just my opinion wish I could say better things .Maybe you can do better,you can do much better with a better realtor . "Rented a townhouse , please read the 50 page lease it will blow your mind . Stay away you will need a lawyer to get yo finished .The most horrible management company anywhere in the USA .if your late after the 1st you will get hit with $!00.00 late fee . He will try to keep your deposit when you leave .His fees for everything are ridiculous,please anything you do .Do not ever rent from Gary Villani you will be so sorry . It will haunt you no notice if he changes it to sell, you will be tricked into a fast lease . Discrimination against the disabled , just the truth in what we experienced . And it was a horrible nightmare . You have to pay to fix things if they get broken like if washer doesn't work .The lease reading tells the truth he is not your friend .He only cares about the owners profits . You have been warned , never want see another person to ever go thru what he put us thru . Sad then he expects you keep utilities on after your lease is over so he can inspect the place and will threaten you with all kinds of fees. Be prepared to get a lawyer , he has a award to make sure that the tenant losses and the owner profits read his linkin page .No reason to lie .This was a nightmare not no disgrunful tenant . Cheap rent equals fees you will be sorry . One good thing he will discriminate you . And give you a month to month so he can get you out if you say anything he nor his website does not like .It is his way nor no other way .You will get a email even if you are not late be prepared to pay 2 months of rent in a month if the first falls on a Saturday. The only good thing is that you have to deliver the rent to his office not friendly people . Market One . Sorry this is the truth never ever had to hire a lawyer to make sure his lies and threats with fees , would have put you in BK .With fees . He changes words around like old 10 year carpet was brand new . So if you do not use his whatever licensed carpet cleaner when you move out .He will fee you on everything . Three years of he44 please beware .Do not get yourself in that rental trap .Get a nice rental townhouse with a apartment management they will do things for you.He makes it like you own the property and it better be better then when you moved in .And last take videos of everything before move in and move out .You will need this for your protection . So much more not a lie nor nothing but what we experienced . Again look elsewhere are lawyer can verify what this Broker/Owner put a sick person thru .I would not want nor wish him to rent a doghouse . Wish zero stars .He could not stand us but he did not get the best of us . Thanks for the lawyer or we be out thousands . Sorry are opinion this is the truth to the best of knowledge. Wish we could say good things .Yes one no rent increase but you will get fees watch the trap stay far away . Last never had to have a lawyer do a walk thru exit and his language skills rude . Said my wife and lawyer having a liaison .That is the truth .Just would not want no one ever go thru what we went thru .Sorry to tell the truth .Thanks for reading just again watch everything get a lawyer to read everything you may be sorry and out monies !!"
