Gavin Miller

Gavin Miller certainly knows the local real estate — he grew up with it. Born and raised in Temecula, California, he has lived here all his life. His father is a manager for an area builder, and, even as a teen, Gavin was helping out around the new homes and prepping them to be shown. He says, “I know a lot about how homes are made and what they should look like at closing. Now I want to be on the selling side, and my father can stay on the building side.” But the family connection to real estate doesn’t just end there. His wife will soon be a Trillion agent, too. “That’s what drew me here,” Gavin says. “We work as a team.” Gavin continues to see real estate as a family endeavor, especially now that he’s a new father. His infant daughter is his inspiration to excel — and that ambition sets him apart. “I need to be successful for her,” he says. “My work ethic sets me apart from the competition. I will outwork anyone for my clients.”
