We bought our house in Round Rock through Gene Arant's team. They made us feel so at easy during the stressful time it takes to find the right house. Never felt rushed no matter how many houses we looked at. Sat down with an agent and went over every detail of what we were looking for. Very professional,Since we were still living out of State our agent spent two whole days with us from breakfast right though to the dinner hour and into the early evening. Knew who to call to find answers to future changes in the area. Right down to contractors for minor changes we had in mind. Even got us to the airport in time for our flight. I love my home so much that I have no future plans to sale but If I did this would be the first person I call.

I was very impressed with this agency. I've used Keller Williams to both sell my old home out of state and purchase my new one here in Austin and I was quite pleased with the dedication and professionalism of everyone I've met at KW. I would highly recommend this agency especially if you are under a tight timeline to purchase a new place. My agent's knowledge of the area gave me confidence that I was looking in the right places and at the right price. Which is crucial when buying something in Austin's hot real estate market.

Having never sold a home, I was more than nervous about the process. Before hiring Jennifer Shahry to represent me I reached out to several other agents. Many seemed good, however Jennifer answered my questions in detail, even providing some advice that I hadnt asked for. Not only that, she helped alleviate stress and worked with me on some big concerns before I had even signed a contract. The entire Gene Arant team was great. This was a bit of a concern for me at first, I was thinking I wanted an agent who worked on their own. I am glad I decided not to go that route. Jennifer was in frequent contact with me, however, so were others. Cody Wickham checked in with me often. He actually left a message once just asking how I was feeling about the entire process. A few times I asked a question and Jennifer or Cody would answer, but then say, let me also ask so and so, just to get more info. That was the power of working with them.Something else I appreciated, they were direct. I dont do well with reading between the lines, I find real estate confusing. Thankfully I didnt have to. Jennifer was always supportive, she was good about pointing out other options, but never pushy. A few times I didnt take her advice, she was 100% supportive of each decision I made. Both Cody and Jennifer were relentlessly helpful throughout the process. Selling a home was still stressful, but thankfully I had awesome people to guide me every step of the way.Less

Two years ago, I worked with Jennifer to list and sell the home that had served me well for years. Easy breezy. At the same time, I worked with Mandi to find the perfect new home! What a pleasure to have such knowledgeable experts leading me through the transactions and helping me to get settled in less than two months! Since then, I have witnessed Gene and his team supporting the neighbors and families in this Steiner community to help make it a wonderful place to live.
