Gina went out of her way to assist me in finding just the right buyer for a house with many great qualities but some challenges. She gave excellent guidance in how to stage my home in the most attractive way, got the word (and pictures and details) out to realtors in the area resulting in immediate showings, provided invaluable assistance in negotiating with prospective buyers, and helped me evaluate and make decisions when offers came in. Gina was patient, respectful, honest and helpful--great at staying in touch with updates as things progressed and could be counted to return my calls and respond to questions, and to show up for meetings. I can't recommend her highly enough!

We found Gina by chance but she was amazing! She helped us find the perfect home in the area of town we wanted and negotiated a price that was under our budget, knowing that we were planning to add our own personal touches and renovations with any extra money. She worked up several offers that ending up falling through for various reasons on the sellers' end, but she kept us encouraged until we found the perfect one.

Gina was great! We were not the easiest buyers, as we had very specific criteria. She was always very responsive and ensured we had plenty of homes to see. Once it was time to purchase, she even lined us up with a mortgage company to ensure we could finance our home as we chose. She's the best!
