Born in New Jersey but moved to Atlanta in 1971 - I consider myself southern at this point! I've been selling homes in the Metro Atlanta area since 1987 and work very hard to make my sellers and buyers comfortable with the real estate process. I maintain an open line of communication with my clients and am very accessible. With over 31 years in the business, I am familiar with all facets of the home selling and buying experience.     • It is an honor to give Ginny our highest recommendation. In fact, we have been referring our friends and family to her since first working with her in 2009. To know Ginny is to love her. She became like a member of our family when we moved to GA and bought our house in Suwanee from her 7 years ago. She had helped my brother and family buy and sell houses, and they raved about her when they referred us to her. We have bought several houses all over the U.S. over the years, and Ginny worked harder for us when we were looking for a house to buy in 2009. Then, this past September, we enlisted her help to list and sell our home as we prepare to move to Oregon. It's hard to find people in real estate or any other field who have the rare combination of total professionalism and genuine warmth and empathy. Ginny guided us every step of the way in listing our house, from pricing to advertising and marketing. When trying to sell one's home, it is incredibly comforting to be able to count on someone who is smart and detail-oriented. Ginny handled every detail and was always available to answer our questions and provide her experience and judgment when we needed advice. One of the things we were most impressed with is the fact that Ginny used a professional photographer to do the photos for our online listing. Without a doubt, those beautiful pictures are one of the reasons we attracted more lookers and, ultimately, our buyer. The photos she had done were vastly superior to nearly all other houses we saw on various websites. It has been a joy to work with Ginny and to know her these past 7 years.     • Ginny was not just conservative in her approach, but she was very personable and understanding. When I asked her questions she was able to give me answers to reassure me that everything was working well. Ginny was very knowledgeable about the area that I lived in, the schools in the area, and what people would be looking for when buying a home. She was on the mark with the price of my home and worked with me to negotiate so that I got the best offer. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, then Ginny is the person to reach out to. I also want to note, that Ginny did things for me as it related to the home that I was not able to do because I was out of state. I have to say that she didn't have to do any of it, but she did.     • I was told that you should begin your search for a real estate agent at least 6 months prior to your probable listing date. And it was best to interview several agents before making your decision so to get the best suited agent for your needs. I did that and was immediately impressed with Ginnys knowledge of the Alpharetta/Johns Creek market and how to declutter and stage to maximize the sale. I was very busy so even though Ginny kept in touch the entire 6 months by mail or phone I did not respond. She wasnt sure what was going on with me or if we still needed an agent but kept in touch anyway. I was very impressed by that. I never heard anything from any of the other agents. After more decluttering, I called Ginny. She helped us come up with a competitive, yet reasonable price for our home. So while she was marketing our home by advertising on all the major sites including Facebook Zillow and realtor and holding several open houses, she was helping us find the home of our dreams. In all the stages including looking for a house, trying to find the area we wanted to reside in, exploring all possible options in our price range and location to finding that house and negotiating and getting the best possible price, Ginny impressed us with her experience and vast knowledge of the market. She was always there when we needed her or had a question. At times the whole process was a bit overwhelming but she brought us up with her wit and made us smile And we always knew she was on our side and would fight for us. Thanks to Ginny we were able to sell our house in a very short time and find our forever, dream home.
