To Whom It May Concern:My name is W. Maolud and I currently reside at Ellis Dr. in Conyers Georgia. In May of 2008, my property owners told me that they could no longer pay the mortgage and my deposit would be used for the remainder of my lease. I was out of work beginning in March to deliver my daughter in April. I was also going through a divorce and my ex-husband refused to pay any spousal support. Dear Gloria,I am just sitting here thinking Jesus for sending you in my Life, I thought about the first time how I met you, I was living with my spouse, trying to help him find someone, so he wouldn't go into four closer, I called every Investor I could find, I even help him put signs out. But nothing work, I one day look into the News paper and saw your ad, on how to stop four closer, and I called you, We met and I was really impress with your knowledge. So he and I decided to go with you. But He did not tell you everything trying to hide certain things from you, and thats why he lost his property. I knew that you have to be honest with your sales Agent if you want them to work for you. Anyway about three months later I had to leave him. And I was stuck with three properties that I could not afford, and I had to move back to California where I am from. I sometimes thought yea she maybe able to sell one of them but not all of them, So I was thinking very serious about going into bankruptcy you kept on getting buyers and talking to all the different bank people that I never had to talk to and at that time of my life I couldnt and he knew that Gloria, and you kept trying every month to keep it from going into Foreclose, and you did, and not one time did you stress me out with any thing its like you just knew what I was going through we my break up and all and starting my whole life over, , What ever power or discernment you have I know it is a gift from God, You know I just couldnt believe when you told me that you sold all three property, First thing I couldnt believe was when you told me that you had an all cash borrow for the least one I would have expected, to sell then you told me that the bank sent the foreclose in, so it came be sold on the steps right when you had a borrow flying in to purchase it, and not knowing it was gone. And that you call the VP so he can call it back in, and go on with the sell. The borrower did not even know that the bank wanted $10.000 more at the last minute. Every obstacle that you can think of tried to happen, and not counting that you caught Chicken Pops and still went on to finish this deal. I know there is a GOD and he is wonderful He made all this happen, no one could tell me anything different, I cried so much the day you told me all this stuff had happen it just sent chills down through me. I know now that the day I looked in that paper trying to help him, GOD had other plans for us. Who would have known? I want the world to know how wonderful you are and will go beyond the duly of call. You are a blessing in disguise, and you are walking in your Gift, helping people like me. I had been working with other real estate professionals to get my home sold, and was not successful. I was facing the eminent foreclosure of a million dollar home, and a severely damaged credit rating. It seemed hopeless, and I had no idea what I was going to do. I moved from my home to a smaller home and tried to rent the home out, and in good faith allowed a tenant to move in. The tenant stopped paying the rent, then refused to allow me to show the home and sell it, and my situation then went from very bad to worse. I became very depressed, and was ready to just let the home go into foreclosure and face the horrible consequences of owing a bank a million dollars in loans!!In steps Gloria Brumfield/Group 111 Realty!! Hello, To ALL concerned homeowners that are going through a rough time right now and who are trying to figure out what to do next to save their homes and credit. You will get great assurance from Gloria in her profession on short sales and preventing foreclosure. I, like many people out there, was not able to meet the monthly obligations for the mortgage due to unemployment. Sometimes we even call them angels or heroes. For residents in the Georgia area that is what they feel about Gloria Brumfield. You are a blessing in disguise, and are walking in your gift, helping people like me says Pamela C. a resident that Gloria help overcome some incredible challenges. Pamela was facing some very challenging times dealing with separating from her husband in Georgia while moving to California and being stuck with 3 properties she could not afford. I was so messed up, didnt know what I was going to do, I thought life was over for me says Pamela. Recommendation Letter of Short SaleIn 2014 I filed bankruptcy and had to reluctantly surrender my residence. I was distraught not knowing what to do or what options were available to me while transitioning out of my home. I had no idea of where to turn for assistance in getting through one of the most difficult times in my life.
