She spent a whole Sunday looking at house with us, and pointing out areas of concern with a house or great perks. We saw four houses, including one that just rejected a verbal offer. We decided to put an offer on the house that already turned down a verbal offer, our offer was accepted that day only two minutes before another offer was on the table for the house.
