Excellent job of staging and marketing our home.

This was a bit of a weird transaction, buying vacant land, but not building on it. There were many moving parts that needed to be monitored and kept moving. Geri kept everyone's eye on the finish line and kept everything moving towards the goal, no matter how many times circumstances tried to make it take a left hand turn. WIth out her attention to details, this may not have happened.
