Ever felt like yelling "Thank You" thru a Megaphone? Well, here's my chance "THANK$ GREG"! Start with the obvious - I wholly recommend 5 STARS Greg & his A-Team (Jessi's an Ace!) - not enough space to write all all the Good things that I want to say about Greg & his Rock Solid team. Greg helped my family to get the quality of home I aspired for in my desired neighborhood - kinda like a dream comes true - well, it is! Thank you Greg & team! For those who like context read on - below are some 5 reasons I find Greg & his team to be Exceptional: 1) Communication throughout: Greg is a Communicator (with capital C) - so you always know where things stand (leaves no room for misunderstanding), and this helped to make the process smooth. In open houses, he is inquisitive (respectful but honest questions). In my experience, Greg was more than a RE agent, he was my guide and advocate, but more importantly, he communicated with a refreshing Honesty that you'd expect from a close friend but we always understood that my choices would be respected. 2) Positivity + Reality gets you Greg: Caution: Greg's UPBEAT (+ve) Tempo and 100% Positive Attitude (Grounded in Reality) is Infectious. However long or late the day is, you always meet Greg with a smile & a natural "Can Do" attitude. Yet, with his ability to understand my situation and resources, and how they fit in market environment, he helped to calibrate my search so that I neither settled for Less but also didn't venture into unrealistic or unattainable targets. 3) Foresight, Experience & Education: So luck will have it that meet Greg over 2 years ago - I was venturing into homeownship as a nube 1st Time Buyer with all the inexperience & naivete of an aspiring 1st timer - unprepared (is kind). Overtime, with Greg's patience & tutelage, my knowledge & understanding of to Real Estate market & home buying process matured. It felt more like a mentorship that was founded on Solid client relationship. 4) Deep industry relationships built over decades: Another critical value-add aspect of Greg is that he has built reliable relationships in his industry with other stakeholders (e.g. lenders, settlement & inspection companies, ...). This is incredibly valuable, especially if you are new homebuyer. 5) Helps keep Eyes on Target: After an exhusting search & being out-bid in a hot Seller's Market, when one starts to adjust downward one expectations - Greg never allowed me to settle for Less than I deserved. We could've closed long ago for a quick turnaround simply by moving down the ladder of quality but overtime, I understood that Greg is focused on being the RE partner of choice for today, for tomorrow, and for my family/friends in the future - not just the one & done. Again, did I already say I wholly Recommend Greg Vurganov?! If not yet, then I do so 100%!
