Gwen Weiss was the broker we used to sell my mothers house (after she moved to an Assisted Living community) Gwen went out of her way to help us navigate every step of the process her help in recommendations for updates to the house to make it more sellable were invaluable- as well as her knowledge of the real estate market in the area.
