Heidi has a superb knowledge of the local market and a great network. She knew all of the local agents, builders, and contractors. We needed to move fast when we were finding a new home and she helped us construct an offer that was accepted over other offers. She's has to be very busy but we never felt rushed or like we weren't her #1 priority. She was able to give us an entire day of just driving to over a dozen homes so we could feel right about the one we ended up buying.
