Brian and Hope helped us buy a new home and sell our previous one. When we sold, they provided us with a professional stager, who pointed out color changes and repairs that needed to be done. When complete, a photographer took beautiful pictures that distinguished our home from similar ones on the market. This resulted in a sale several weeks later. They also recommended great attorneys, home inspectors and guided us thru all the other details. The Egan Team was always accessible by text, email or phone. Hope Egan has been an amazing agent. My wife and I went through several really bad agents over the course of a year and a half. All the other agents wanted us to do what they wanted even if it was the opposite of what we were asking for. Hope spent the majority of our time together listening and observing us as we toured various properties.
