Howie Boeve

We didn't find Boeve Properties, they found us!! From the first person we talked to, Lauren, to everyone else that we talked to, Howie, Shelby and Bryan, they were all awesome and kept us in the loop and kept in constant contact!! Howie sold our house in one week and that to me is phenomenal!! Lauren got the whole ball rolling and without her contacting me, none of this would have happened! Shelby is another phenomenal person! When she says she will get something done, she is on it and it gets done!! She is awesome at her job and very friendly! Bryan had to put up with all of us and I know he had to have been tired at looking at houses, but he never showed it!! He was great with our kids and included the whole family in on looking at houses!! He did find us our dream home and we will be forever grateful to him and Boeve Properties!! Five stars aren't enough because they deserve way more!!!

*He knows the Greater Grand Rapids Area Real Estate Market EXTREMELY WELL, he has been in the real estate business for over 20+ years! When I was looking at houses he was able to tell me what builders skimped during the last recession, which areas were best for schools with my son who is autistic, and what areas I really did not want to invest in. * He helped me purchase a beautiful house in a fantastic neighborhood in Rockford, Michigan, sight unseen! I was unable to make the trip from the West Coast on such short notice as the real estate market was booming last spring/summer and had not been in Michigan at that point for 12 years. Because I had worked for him when I was in college I know his character and I know that his protective fatherly nature would not steer me wrong. When I would bring up a home at a good price that was not a good deal he was blunt and straight forward and said you don't want this house because of x, y and z. Someone you get to know and someone I personally trust and I could not imagine working with someone else. You get what you pay for folks, and when you want the best for your family and your future I would not even think about looking elsewhere!
