Ian Burnett

Ian Burnett was born and raised in beautiful Durango, Colorado. He graduated from Durango High and Fort Lewis College where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Finance. During his time in college he was also the president and pivotal member of the FLC cycling team. He has truly been embedded in the Durango community all his life. After college Ian seized the opportunity to pursue his dream of being a professional cyclist. Ian has raced all over the world in many major racing events including US Pro Challenge in Colorado, Tour of Utah and Tour of Alberta. After retiring from the pro peloton in 2014 Ian decided to put his business degree to good use and obtained his Colorado Real Estate License. Ian is still an active member of the cycling community and is one of the head coaches for the FLC cycling team and also still participates in local races with the Ska/Zia mountain bike team.
