First time I heard about Julia is when she contacted me offering a free market report and comparative market analysis for our property. We were actually at the point of switching jobs and it was perfect timing for us to sell our property and move out-of-state.The report that she prepared was accurate, the sale price that we were thinking of listing our house was pretty much matching the one she recommended in the CMA she prepared.It took her only 29 days to find the right buyer for us after listing our property on MLS and advertising it. Searching for the right realtor is quite a process so one definitely should allow enough time to interview every one unless you have a friends referral. Can I give 10 stars? No, seriously can I give 10 stars? Julia is beyond awesome realtor. I had a nightmare leasing my investment property with a different agent, there was no interest and no traffic whatsoever for over 90 days, the agent was very unresponsive and never provided me with updates. But I'm so lucky to have found Julia and lease my property with her! She was able to find a tenant in less then 3 weeks. Julia was super responsive, priced the property right, sent me weekly updates and went above and beyond her responsibilities and done so much more for me!
