Jon & Leslie helped us purchase a single family home in Castro Valley and this is the best buying experience I've had in the bay area. Buying a home is stressful but Jon & Leslie eased the process in everyway... Here are a couple of standout things they did: - Jon was always available to hop on a call whenever I was stressed out regarding the loan process. He was patient and always provided a reassuring yet balanced view. -We were constantly connected/ accessible on WhatsApp and they patiently answered every question I had was regards to the documentation ( usually after 10pm since I had to put my son to bed) - I was stressed about finding a pre-school for my son with the move and Leslie provided me with a list of schools and reviews about them from Castro valley moms club!( Who does that?!?) -Jon recommended movers, a concierge service to get utilities transferred and the list goes on... If you are looking to do anything real estate related- look no further. 5 star experience!!!! Jon and Leslie always listen, never push, are very non judgemental and are wonderful human beings and pride themselves in doing a great job! Here's a quick timeline of events: May 1: we had our initial call with Jon. He took copious notes on all our preferences and patiently listened to me blab about my requirements for almost an hour! ++ For great listening skills! May 2-28: Every weekend, Leslie would pick out 4-5 different homes and show it to us. With each weekend, Leslie was able to narrow down based on our responses to the homes we viewed. Interestingly, Jon had shared every detail from the call with Leslie so I never felt like I had to repeat myself. May 26: Leslie contacted me saying she had seen this house that she thought we might like so I went and saw it on a weekday. I fell in love with the place(Leslie nailed it!!) and had my husband view it the following weekend ( when 100+ other folks were also viewing). We loved it and put in an offer. June 1: We got into a multiple bid scenario but Jon and Damien(lender recommended by Jon) worked their magic to get our offer accepted! 45 days later we closed!!! Thank you Jon & Leslie!!
