Where do I start? Jackie Ovad was a gift from heaven for my wife and I. I found her thru Facebook advertising due to an unsatisfactory previous situation. We explained our situation and I sat back and listened. BOOM her knowledge, people skills, and ambition burst thru the phone and our 1st meeting. Jackie is very organized, detailed , focused and determined on meeting all of your expectations and beyond. She gave us a gameplan that fit our personal goals and went to work. Suggestions were made to help sell our home immediately. You can tell she's an expert in this industry by her contacts in mortgage industry, home improvement, inspections, home pests, plumbing, painting, photography, etc. Whatever you need she's got the hook up lol. We wanted to sell our townhome and move into a single family home ASAP. We have a 2yr old and an 10yr old so urgency was key. She communicated with us constantly and always available via calls, text, emails, etc. Our home was on the market for 5 months with a previous realtor with not much activity and with Jackie for 1month we got so much traffic and home SOLD and new HOME bought/settled in the same day. My wife and I were not looking forward to selling our house at first. We knew we were in a tough situation and were anticipating it taking months to sell as well as taking a hit financially. Jackie was the first realtor we met and we were blown away by her initial presentation. We had asked to meet just to get some information about selling and she came prepared with everything we needed to know. She had done the research and knew our situation before even meeting us for the first time. Her experience and expertise as a realtor speaks for itself. She also had a vast array of resources available to aide us in the selling process. She made the entire process so easy and stress free. From providing guidance on staging our home for showings to helping us find contractors for needed repairs, she did it all. She even had a professional photographer take and prepare the photos for our listing. We were able to list our house ahead of schedule and had multiple showings and offers on our home within the first week. In the end she sold our house in less than a month and got more than our original asking price. Jackie was professional, diligent, and available throughout the entire process.

Jackie Ovad helped us on several occasions over 3 years. We met Jackie when we relocated to the area. We were looking for a single family, detached home to rent and Jackie was the listing agent. She was very professional and helpful.
