We worked with Carrie in selling our condo and with Kristie on the house hunt, and eventual purchase of our home. When we began the process at the end of January, we did not necessarily have a clear objective in mind and were not sure of our plans. Both women were extremely patient and willing to answer any questions we had, while not forcing our hands or making us feel pressured to make a decision quickly. When we decided how we wanted to proceed several months later, both jumped right back in where they left off and you could not even tell we had paused our progress from several months prior! Carrie ensured the preparation of the condo and all negotiations were completed in a timely fashion and we had several offers within 24 hours above asking price! Kristie was amazing to work with when searching for a home. After a couple houses on our initial search, she had a feel for what we wanted and was able to weed through potential homes based on our style and preferences. Both were extremely communicative- particularly while we were under both contracts at once- and quick to answer any questions we had as the paperwork came up. We cannot recommend these two women enough, along with their fabulous transaction coordinator Lesley who kept the other parties engaged and the closings on track!! We are so pleased with our work with the Edge Group at Keller Williams and will be recommending them to all of our friends moving to the area.
